Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Younger You Aesthetics website or booking any services. By accessing our website or scheduling an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using the Younger You Aesthetics website (the "Site") or by purchasing or scheduling any services at any Younger You Aesthetics location, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

Younger You Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics practice with locations in Northern California. Our services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals.

4. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person at any Younger You Aesthetics location. Appointments are subject to availability and provider confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future scheduling.

Deposits

Younger You Aesthetics may require a deposit for certain services or in the case of a history of missed appointments. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Younger You Aesthetics accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service.

Financing

Financing options may be available through third-party providers. Younger You Aesthetics is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or policies of any third-party financing services.

Refund Policy

All sales for completed medical aesthetic services are final. Younger You Aesthetics will work with patients to address concerns related to service delivery, but refunds for services rendered are at the sole discretion of management and are not guaranteed.

Unused prepaid service packages or product credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, subject to applicable processing fees.

6. Treatment Consents and Medical Records

Prior to receiving any medical aesthetic treatment, patients are required to complete intake forms, review treatment consent documentation, and disclose relevant medical history. Failure to disclose accurate and complete medical history may affect your eligibility for treatment and may alter treatment outcomes.

Medical records are maintained in accordance with applicable California state law and our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of Younger You Aesthetics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
